  I've had hundreds of Mexican meals in my lifetime and this is the best food that I've ever had. Seriously great food! I imagine the chef in the back being some kind of Mexican food yoda hiding out in the mountains under a witness protection program. It's just about worth making the 4.5 hour trip from home just to eat here. It's some next level food.
  
  The service is also great. They don't give you a thimble of salsa with chips before the meal here. They give you a chilli bowl of that freshly made goodness. They also give you refried beans alongside the salsa.
  
  After leaving I wanted to run across the street to the people eating at Taco Bell and lecture them about their poor choice.
  
  It's just so good. OMG. This place is world class. The scale needs to go above 5 stars.
